Werros.com follows the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase and return goods within 14 days after receiving the order — without giving any reason, in accordance with §56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).

The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories included.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

• Include your order number and specify which item(s) you want to return or exchange.
• We will send instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing time is up to 14 days after we receive and check the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, color, or model, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm availability and explain the steps for exchange.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized items;
• Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (cosmetics, underwear, opened food items);
