Payment 

After order is confirmed customer will receive an invoice. Order will be handled only after invoice is paid in full by the customer. 

Delivery 

All the products are available for pick-up from Laki 15, 12915, Tallinn, Estonia for free. 
Door-to-door and door-to-parcel-locker deliveries are available using Itella, DPD, Venipak and other courier services. All the delivery prices are calculated on request. 

Limitation of Liability and Warranty Obligations 

Werro Pines OÜ does not provide any warranties for the goods sold through this site, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
All responsibility for the quality, conformity, and performance of the goods lies with the manufacturer. The Seller is not liable for any hidden or apparent defects in the goods, nor for malfunctions arising from factory defects or manufacturing shortcomings.
Claims related to the quality, operation, or performance of the goods are only accepted if explicitly covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The Seller does not provide warranty service and is not involved in resolving disputes between the buyer and the manufacturer.
The maximum period for submitting claims regarding the quality of the goods is 30 days from the date of delivery to the buyer. After this period, the Seller's obligations are considered fully fulfilled.
The Buyer agrees to purchase the goods "as is" and assumes all risks associated with the use or further operation of the goods.

Terms of delivery and ways

For products that are in stock, the normal delivery time is about 3-4 working days from the order (based on specified lead-time in case of goods not in stock) to delivery address chosen by the customer. Shipping costs will be added to the order. It is also possible to pick up the order free of charge from the offices. The delivery comes with an order confirmation, which serves as proof of your purchase and as a possible warranty certificate. For costs related to deliveries that have not been picked up without a cancellation notice, we will charge a fee of 15 euros.

Confirmation of order

We will deliver an order confirmation for all orders either by e-mail, if the e-mail address is provided in connection with the order, or with the parcel.

Complaints

All complaints related to the order, product or delivery are requested to be sent within five (5) days of receiving the order to the following address: info@werros.com If the delivered product is damaged, you can file a defect report on the product and leave the damaged product in the so-called "defective product" as a customer return to the post office.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers (physical persons), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, except for goods that fall under the exceptions listed in § 47, part 3, p. 2 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period ends.

For juridical persons (companies), the right of withdrawal or return does not apply. All sales to companies are considered final, and no returns or cancellations will be accepted.

Return

The returned product and the product packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received, and naturally the product must be unused and marketable. The returned product must be packaged in the original sales packaging without unnecessary markings. Indicate whether you will return the product and want the money back, or if you want that we will send a similar product to replace the damaged one. We will refund the price you paid for the product directly to your bank account within 14 days of the refund. Please provide your account number when returning. If you wish to return an item, please first cancel the ORDER in the online store in order to receive the code required for the return. Return to the address mentioned below, include a packing list in this case as well. Returns will be delivered to: Laki 15, 12915, Tallinn, Estonia, Werro Pines OÜ. 

Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services or purchase of goods after any modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
